Digital downloads are sent electronically so do not have any shipping costs.
Your order will be processed from Monday to Friday and delivery of products that are in-stock will be sent to you within 3-5 working days. However there are some products that are special order and may take a little longer.

When you receive confirmation stating your order is complete there is a link on the email. This is found underneath your order details and states: “Invoice: Download & View your VAT Invoice”, this will provide the option of printing or saving to PDF if using Chrome.

For a refund we will expect the item(s) to be in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Refunds are only available up to 30 days after delivery.
