When you order online you will have the choice of using PayPal, credit/debit card or BACS payment.

All UK orders qualify for FREE shipping when your order is £75.00 or more. Orders up to £74.99 will be charged £3.50.
For the Republic of Ireland we charge a flat fee of £15.00 no matter how much you order.
Digital downloads are sent electronically so do not have any shipping costs.
Your order will be processed from Monday to Friday and delivery of products that are in-stock will be sent to you within 3-5 working days. However there are some products that are special order and may take a little longer.
If you have not received your order within 28 days of the auto-generated email which is sent to you when your order has been processed which states ‘Your order has been processed’ then please get in touch.
When your order is processed you will receive an auto-generated email stating ‘Your order has now been processed.’
We will endeavour to let you know if there will be a delay of more than 21 days before delivery actually takes place. If you have not received your order within 28 days of the auto-generated email and you have not heard from us, please get in touch at email@example.com, as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered goods if we are unaware this may have happened.

When you receive confirmation stating your order has been processed there is a link on the email to enable you to print off your VAT invoice. This is found underneath your order details and states: “Print: Open print view in browser”, this will provide the option of printing or saving to PDF if using Chrome.
We hope you like your goods and they meet your needs. If the goods you receive are in any way damaged in transit you must tell us immediately, and within 24 hours of receipt.
If you need to return your order for any other reason please check with us first and follow the returns procedure.
Failure to do so may delay your return being processed.

For a refund we will expect the item(s) to be in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Refunds are only available up to 30 days after delivery. We will not refund or replace goods in a poor condition. You will be eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase which includes the original postage paid at time of order. After 14 days we will not refund your postage.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods.
Package the goods carefully, making sure you add your details: Name, Address, Phone Number and RA Number & Original Order number.
Please get a proof of postage. We cannot replace or give refunds for items we do not receive.
Please note software where the licence has been registered to you, or purchased especially for you, cannot be returned unless faulty.

To reward our online customers we may offer cheaper prices than our normal prices. If you have seen a product somewhere cheaper please contact us as we may be able to beat it at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Should you need a quote as you wish to purchase with an invoice please send your request to email@example.com. These may be subject to our normal prices and may have shipping charges.

Please note prices on dyslexic.com are inclusive of VAT. When ordering from dyslexic.com you will receive free shipping for orders over £75.00 in the UK and sometimes lower prices than our normal ones, so please be aware we may get back to you to confirm our normal prices and shipping when ordering via a purchase order.
