AT Fest 2026: iDiversity Consulting

Coaching to Support Neurodivergent Adults in the Workplace, and Specialist Disability Services Including Ergonomic Assessments

iDiversity Consulting and Iansyst Ltd are pleased to be part of Techedology’s AT Fest 2026 on Thursday 12th March, 10–11am. Our session will explore how our specialist disability services empower neurodivergent individuals across both the workplace and education, helping organisations and institutions build environments that support wellbeing and sustainable performance.

Neurodivergent individuals thrive when they are understood, supported, and provided with tools that work for them. At iDiversity and Iansyst, we work with hundreds of people every year, offering tailored, practical solutions that remove barriers and enable long‑term success. Our AT Fest session will introduce these solutions at a high level, helping attendees better understand the types of support available and how they can make a meaningful impact.

What Will Be Covered?

Coaching Approaches

We’ll explore the coaching options we provide for neurodivergent adults and students, including:

  • Individual strategy coaching – helping individuals build personalised strategies to manage challenges and increase effectiveness.
  • Co‑coaching – sessions involving both the individual and another stakeholder to strengthen communication, promote understanding, and develop shared working approaches.
  • Group coaching – supportive, facilitated groups that allow participants to share experiences, explore solutions, and build confidence collaboratively.

These approaches help individuals understand their strengths, manage challenges, and develop sustainable ways of working or studying.

Workplace Needs Assessments

We will highlight how needs assessments provide a holistic look at a person’s role and environment, identifying strengths, challenges, and the adjustments that may help. Recommendations can include changes to working practices, coaching, assistive technology, or ergonomic support.

Assistive Technology & Training

Attendees will learn how assistive software and tools can support organisation, focus, communication, and productivity. We’ll also introduce our training services, which ensure individuals feel confident using the technology in real‑world contexts.

Awareness & Disability Impact Training

We will also touch on:

  • Awareness training for teams and managers, designed to build understanding of neurodivergent experiences and reduce workplace barriers.
  • Disability impact training, which supports individuals – particularly after a new diagnosis – to better understand their condition and how it affects their work or study.

Ergonomic Assessments

Finally, we’ll explore how ergonomic assessments can create safer, more comfortable working and study environments. These assessments help identify physical barriers and recommend practical adjustments such as ergonomic seating, input devices, or workspace layout improvements.

Real Support, Real Impact

During the session, we’ll share a case study demonstrating how combining coaching, assessment, assistive technology, and ergonomic adjustments can help individuals overcome challenges, build confidence, and feel more empowered.

Inclusive environments benefit everyone. When individuals receive the right support, organisations and educational institutions see stronger communication, higher engagement, improved wellbeing, and better outcomes. Our session will highlight how thoughtful, personalised support can help neurodivergent people thrive in both work and education.
