The SmartNav EG4 is a movement sensor that allows people who suffer from repetitive strain injuries to control the on screen cursor without any strain caused by using a handheld mouse.
It works by placing a small white dot on the aria that is easiest for you for you to move, this can be anywhere, but is commonly put on the hand, head, hat, glasses or microphone boom.
The infa-red sensor then tracks subtle movements of the dot, responding by moving the cursor.
For those that have previously used switches, SmartNav EG4 can easily be configured to use a switch to respond to different commands to carry out specific tasks.
