Ergonomics
Ergonomics is the process of designing or arranging workplaces, products and systems so that they fit the people who use them. Ergonomics aims to improve work spaces and environments to minimise risk of injury or harm.
Ergonomics can support individuals with physical difficulties, as well as reducing the risk of repetitive strain injury (RSI). This includes assistive technology such as alternative mouse devices, keyboards, desks and chairs.
