The Team

Just who are the people behind Dyslexic.com? Here are some of the team.


Ian Litterick founded the parent company in 1983, focusing originally on aiding access to computer equipment - and over the last 11 years has established iansyst at the cutting edge of dyslexia awareness and support.

Tim Sutton became CEO in 2005. Tim has developed and grown a number of entrepreneurial technology companies, including a communication systems developer which became a $4bn corporation on NASDAQ. Tim trained originally as an accountant and remains a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Janine King was appointed Head of Sales and Marketing in October 2005 and leads our communications, business development and product management. Her previous experience includes setting up user groups and managing the business development of training software.

Martin Kirkup heads up our training team for the whole of the UK, as well as carrying out one-to-one training himself. Martin has long-standing experience of training in dyslexia and associated technology solutions.

Andi Sanderson originally set up our Educational Consultants team when she joined in 2000. Andi's career has included being an Awards Officer as well as an Assessor and she is a regular expert speaker on dyslexia needs.

Sharon Goldie joined us as an Educational Consultant in 2003, after a highly successful career in the schools environment. Sharon has managed significant learning support resources and now lectures to other professionals in the dyslexia area.

Jenny Cormack runs our Sales and Enquiries team in Cambridge. Jenny has a good understanding of customers' needs, having previously worked with Texthelp in Dublin.
