Technical Support

At dyslexic.com we aim to provide you with all the support you need to use our products to their full potential. Our dedicated and highly-qualified support team are experienced in dealing with all and products and have in-depth knowledge of our customer's needs. All our customers are entitled to technical support on products bought from us. Hardware Warranties

If you have any technical difficulties or are encountering a fault with hardware under warranty you can contact our support team. To help us to continue to provide this level of service long after your purchase we provide a warranty extension scheme for all our hardware products. This enables you to extend your warranty for up to 4 years after purchase. If during this period you encounter any problems then contact our support team who will arrange for your hardware to be repaired or replaced as appropriate. Local Authorities, schools or businesses who wish to be invoiced can send a copy of this quote with an official purchase order form with a purchase order number.

These can be faxed to 01223 426644 or emailed to swsales@dyslexic.com

If you are a new company we will need to run a standard credit check before processing your order; this does not usually take longer than one working day.

You will be invoiced when the goods are dispatched.
