Mainland UK
- Orders up to £60 are delivered by first class postage - please add £3.47 (£2.95 + VAT).
- Orders over £60 and up to £500 are delivered by courier service within three working days of dispatch - please add £8.81 (£7.50 + VAT).
Please contact us for a delivery quote for orders above £500 as we will organise additional carriage insurance.
Outside Mainland UK
Orders to be delivered to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and Isles of Scilly - please add £17.63 (£15 + VAT). If items weigh more than 10kgs we will contact you to tell you the delivery cost.
EU Destinations
- Orders up to £250 (with weight up to 1kg) are delivered by Swiftair within 4 working days - please add £17.63 (£15 + VAT).
- Orders over £250 (with weight up to 5kg) are delivered by courier service - please add £26.45 (£22.50 + VAT). If the items you order weigh more than 5kg, then we will contact you to tell you the delivery cost.
For all other delivery destinations, please contact us for a quote.
Most goods will need to be signed for. Please give a delivery address where someone will be available.
As long as the goods are in stock, we will dispatch your order within 5 working days.
Returns and Refunds
We hope you are really pleased with your purchases when you receive them, but if for any reason they fail to meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Services Department to return goods under our instructions on 01223 436670.
We request that you return goods to iansyst at your own expense unless it is our error. We recommend you use recorded delivery and that you keep proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Please ensure that adequate carriage insurance is in place for the value of the goods.
Please tell us within 24 hours if a product arrives damaged. We cannot process claims for damaged goods with our couriers outside this period.

10 day 'No Risk' Full Refund
iansyst will give you a full refund for any approved items that you return within 10 days of delivery.
30–Day Product Money Back Guarantee
iansyst will refund the product costs (less delivery charges) for another 20 days, giving you a 30–day product refund.
Please note that any items not prepaid and not returned within 30 days must be paid for.
Extended 90–Day Product Exchange
In addition, iansyst will give you a full product exchange up to 90 days after delivery (as long as you have paid us within the agreed 30–day terms). You can choose an alternative product or we can give you a credit voucher (less delivery charges).
